United States
Commercial surrogacy is legal in many states with well-established case law. Pre-birth orders are often available, allowing intended parents to be named on the birth certificate from birth.
Georgia
Altruistic surrogacy is permitted. Intended parents are recognized as the legal parents, and the birth certificate is issued in their names.
Colombia
Altruistic surrogacy is legal. Parentage must be established through court proceedings, which our legal team handles.
Kyrgyzstan
Commercial surrogacy is permitted under the Family Code. Intended parents are recognized as the legal parents, and the birth certificate can be issued directly to them.
Ukraine
Married heterosexual intended parents are eligible. The law recognizes intended parents as legal parents, and the birth certificate is issued without the surrogate’s name.
Greece
Altruistic surrogacy is permitted. A court authorization is required before the embryo transfer. After approval, intended parents obtain full parental rights.
